SANPA’

Renovation and refurbishment of an ancient tower house in the historical city of Monopoli in Puglia. The  three stores of the house were refurbished to become the summer house of the property’s owner; the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea and the ancient city is the living open space where the family likes to meet and spend their time together.
